Installed very easily on my 2006 RL without removing the radiator. The original wire harnesses were not altered in any way. Installed, plug in, hit the ignition and it worked. My car operates at the proper temperature, and the AC blows cold (and I'm in Texas). Just make sure you use short screws when installing. Longer screw will protrude through the nut plates ams can potentially rupture your radiator tank. There is about an 8th to 1/4 inch clearance. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Overall, good fan. Works!
